During a post-debate interview with MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Donald Trump said that he didn’t think global warming was a problem at all, dismissing it as nothing more than “weather changes.”
The Council of Foreign Relations Richard Haas asked Trump whether or not he considered global warming a threat. “I consider climate change to be not one of our big problems. I consider it to be not a big problem at all, ” Trump said.
“I think it’s weather; I think it’s weather changes, ” Trump said. “There could be some man-made something. But, you know, if you look at China, they’re doing nothing about it, other countries are doing nothing about it. It’s a big planet. ”
“I do not view — I view climate change as being– the big problem we have is nuclear climate change. That’s what our climate change is and that’s our problem, ” he concluded.
“Putin is doing it, ” Trump added. “I don’t believe Putin is a believer at all. Putin is doing it for his own economic advantage if he is actually in favor of climate change.”

yes, climate is what is expected- the averages and frequencies of weather. Weather is what you actually get.
For example, if you have a dice and you change one of the side from a one dot to a 5 dot then roll the dice- you'll get more 5's. This is what changing the odds mean and this is what is happening with weather.
there is no way that you can change climate and have no impact on weather. That would be like someone moving from Alaska climate to Florida's climate and still expect snow.
